In USA in USD currency, we accept ACH Bank Transfer to our bank account in USA, also we accept checks or payments with credit card through Paypal or Payoneer (American Express, Visa and MasterCard)

In Europe (EUR) we accept SEPA transfer to our Bank Account in Ireland, also we accept payments with credit card through Paypal or Payoneer (American Express, Visa and MasterCard).

In United Kingdom (GBP) we accept BACS and FPS transfer to our bank account in United Kingdom, also we accept payment with credit card through Paypal or Payoneer (American Express, Visa and MasterCard).

In any case, we also accept WIRE international transfers to our bank accounts.

For institucional orders prepayment is not necessary

All books are in very good or better condition unless otherwise described. Books in wrappers (soft covers) and dust jackets may be slightly chipped. Owner's name, inscriptions or stamp and bookplates are not described unless obtrusive. Items may be previously sold. We cannot guarantee the item you order will be in stock. But we sure try! Books may be placed on hold for two weeks (fourteen days). Any book may be returned for any reason within two weeks of date of purchase for a full refund (through credit note) less shipping costs.

Orders ship within two or three business days of date of order. Often they ship the same day. Occasionally, extra time is needed to locate a book. Shipping costs are based on books weighing  0.5 KG.  

We ship via DHL through a negotiated rate, with traceability and delivery confirmation. The shipping rate negotiated with DHL is similar to Colombian postal mail rates, however, much safer and faster. This rate depends on the weight of the shipment and is suitable for shipments up to 15 KG boxes. DHL delivery time from dispatch from Colombia is 4 business days average.

Our system sends to each client the notification of the shipment made with the date data, shipping guide and content, this at the time your order is dispatched. Subsequently, our system will also send the delivery notification to the customer when DHL confirms that your order has already been delivered. This in order to verify that you have received your order correctly and have control at all times.

By default, Enhacore Books is not responsible for customs taxes payable in the deliver country. To settle customs taxes our system will previously send the invoice of the shipment contained to the customer and will attach a proforma invoice in the shipment according to legal requirements. However, if it is necessary to take care of the customs taxes of your order in the country of destination, we will charge them in the same or in a following invoice at your expense.
